Starbucks in Cambridge

Stood here with my daughter for 5 minutes and they don't even look at me and say hi. I was the only on line. 3 people behind the counter act like nobody around. I left without ordering. Bad.

Star bucks is a great place ,different atmospheres depending on location , but was there for me during some tough times and never gave me a hard time Mass, ave ,Newbury st Boylston thanks for all the luv, will always be a Shining Star in my eyes, blessings to you all !.

I had a good service here, however the cashier guy was super nice to the family that order before me. They were really demanding. I can imagine they are that kind of people who would go to court over everything.

I had no choice. I had to get coffee here every day.

Had the best tasting/fresh dark roast at this location today. A very pleasant surprise after getting sub optimal dark roast at Starbucks for a long time. Thank you for this treat!

-Very small place, so it can get pretty crowded.-Every time I order my favorite drink, it taste a bit different and every associate makes it different, but it always taste pretty awesome.-Besides the drinks I can recommend the sandwiches there.

I love getting my morning coffee there while in Boston for work. Taylor the barista made my day when she welcomed me back in town! Great sense of community!

Nice place but the service could use an upgrade, with the prices they charge. The wait very slow and too long both in the morning and afternoon!

I think I wrote some messed up review before, and I'm sorry for that and my feelings have change. I actually appreciate the workers and this Starbucks a lot. My tall Coldbrew is always good, and the workers that are usually there are all super cool.

Well, I clicked helpful for all 1 star review. To be honest, this place does not even deserve 1 star. I'll give 0 out 5 if I can. As other people said, employees are rude here. Last time, I ordered a cup of latte. When I got it, the cup was extremely dirty. They didn't even want to fix it and explained by saying it is just coffee on the cup. 🙄

I went to the 100 CambridgeSide Starbucks it took me 30 min if not more to get my hot chocolate. And I had to go to the register to ask if my order went through and he said that he remember writing ny name on the cup. He than told to grab this person that had the same order as mine but wasn't responding when they were calling. They were so unprofessional and rude. So many people around told me it's the worse Starbucks in the area but I didn't really believe until I start going there. They never have anything, no milk, no caramel etc. Worse experience with Starbucks I ever had 😡😡 . My hot chocolate was cold when i got it.

I came to this Starbuck. First impression i though I was going to get it was to be serve right away, there was no one in line the cashier asked me to hold on. Then when I order an iced caramel macchiato decaf and a cage free turkey bacon. Coffee was okay but when I was eating my sandwich there was no bacon in it. So why is it call turkey bacon then.it was a total disappointment because I been in other Starbucks and service is way better and also they make sure food it's right because is not like I am getting it for free.

They weren't brewing Veranda anymore so she got me a blonde Americano at no additional cost! Awesome and quick service!

One of my online order missing, taking more than 20min and Java Chip Frappuccino came without Java Chip :(Plus, in a storage for pastries, there's a fly!

Hot chocolate is the bomb but white hot chocolate taste like nothing

Sometimes the drink is good... Sometimes the baristas screw my drinks so I have to contact the customer service... Crowded in the evenings and the machine for mobile orders can broke

Literally the slowest Starbucks on the planet... they always have like 10 people on the bar, but 1 person doing drinks 5mins at a time...it’s a good location because there are no other Starbucks around—so they can be as slow as they want. I literally order iced coffee—the pull of a tab. Also—no drive-thru.. so also another reason not to be slow 🙄😑👎

My experience here mirrored that of the other 1 star reviews: extremely slow despite not being busy, the barista who took my order was very rude, and the latte itself tasted awful. I work nearby, but just walk over to the location in Kendall Sq to avoid this location.

This is the worst Starbucks all of the 4 states I have lived in. The service is unbelievably slow , despite having at least 3 people working at a time. They seem to socialize amongst each other rather than actually make drinks. They cannot make frappucinos at all, the flavors and consistency is always off and then today, I specifically asked for no whip cream on my sisters frap and the person who took my order did not enter it in so it had whip on it! Lucky for them my sister does not like to make a fuss, if I had picked the drink I would have had them fix it!

Like I go there a lot it’s very quiet and calm the whole place is awesome and I would love to work there myself 😁😁😁

Really think this starbucks store need to improve their employees attitude and service standards

The place is big but there are no tables and no chairs. That way there is no place to sit. Standing with the coffee in hand is no fun.

You will find it anywhere good commercial coffee

So unprofessional and so rude! The staff right here are always had an attitude with there customer, especially the girl name Leanna. I ordered an iced green tea latte and they made the hot one instead. I tried to tell the staff name LEANNA to remake it and she started giving attitude on her face. She keeps throwing the stuff while she makin my drinks!! She also ends up with many bad words and putting my drink at the wrong place!? After that she never said sorry or even the manager never come out to talk w me at that moment. is this the right way to talk or do with your customer in this big company like Starbuck ?! Starbuck should retrain her again before lets she starting to work or at least she has to learn what is “customer services” call. the worst customer services ever see!!

East cambridge doesn't have cafes that much, so people visit the Galleria don't have much choice for coffee. The part timers are very kind but foodstuffs are easily sold out.

Strong coffee if that's what you like, but high prices

The other 2 nearby Starbucks I went to were closed/just closed. I stepped in this one right before their closing hour. They had already closed their register, but they still took my order and handed me my coffee, FOR FREE! Such a cute bunch!!

This Starbucks is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I will go out of way to the Kendall square one just to avoid this place. The evening crew that always seems to be there is awful. Service is ridiculously slow for never having a line and the store is always filthy. Every time I show up to pick up a mobile order I have to dig through the drinks that people have never picked up and they look disgusting. Why is an order from 2:30pm still sitting there at 6:30? They’re not showing up! I promise. On top of slow service, dirty atmosphere and rude employees, they can’t even make a drink right. It hasn’t been one time and one person. I have had my drink made incorrectly exactly three times. I will still go to Starbucks everyday day, multiple times a day but I won’t ever come here unless I have to because I’m already at the mall.

Super friendly and nice employees! The shop is small. Waiting queue is long during morning and noon peak time.

Great customer service and staff friendly.

Took forever for one coffee and it was a little untidy. In their defense, there was only one person working register & bar.
